Recommended production flow

Customer submits question from the public site.
Backend checks scope, prompt rules, and approved knowledge sources.
AI sends the first response.
If the customer disagrees or wants direct help, the question is escalated to Chris.
Escalated questions are logged separately so Chris only reviews what truly needs him.
